Bruce Dostal is the President and Founder of Century Land Services, LLC. With more than 20 years of experience in the New Jersey title industry, Bruce has handled thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout the state. He takes pride in being personally involved in every transaction and is committed to providing responsive, professional, and dependable service to clients from start to finish.
A Morris County native and former professional baseball player within four Major League organizations, Bruce built CLS on the values of communication, teamwork, and strong client relationships. His hands-on approach and dedication to customer service continue to shape the company’s commitment to smooth and successful closings.
Janet Urso - Paralegal & Closing Coordinator
Janet Urso has worked in the legal and real estate field for decades and brings extensive experience to the CLS team. As a paralegal and closing coordinator, Janet works closely with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, and clients to help ensure that every transaction is handled efficiently and professionally.
Her attention to detail, organization, and industry knowledge make her an essential part of the closing process. Janet is dedicated to creating a seamless experience for clients while maintaining the highest level of professionalism throughout each transaction.
Judith "Missy" Wiltse - Processor & Customer Service
Judith "Missy" Wiltse is a valued member of the CLS team and brings years of experience in customer service and title operations. She assists with processing, customer service, and closing coordination, helping transactions move efficiently from start to finish.
Missy works closely with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the closing process. Known for her responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile, she is committed to providing clients with dependable service and a smooth closing experience.
